1. Definitions

• Company ("we", "us", "our") refers to Hype Yazılım LTD ŞTİ, Barbaros Mah. Mor Sümbül Sok. Varyap Meridian Business I Blok No:1 K:3 D:39–40, Ataşehir, İstanbul, Turkey.
• Application / Service means any software application published by the Company on any platform or app store, together with its features and content.
• User Content means any photos, videos, images, audio, text, prompts or other material you upload, submit or create through an Application.
• AI Provider means a third-party artificial-intelligence service used by certain Applications to process input and generate outputs (for example providers accessed through fal.ai, and model providers such as xAI / Grok and Google / Gemini).
• Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• You means the individual using the Service, or the entity on whose behalf it is used.
• Country refers to: Turkey.

2. Information We Collect

The categories of information we collect depend on which Application you use and which features you enable.

Account & contact data Where an Application offers accounts or you contact us, we may collect your email address, name, and any information you choose to provide. Some Applications let you sign in through a third-party service (such as Apple, Google or Facebook), in which case we receive basic profile information associated with that account.

User Content Where an Application lets you upload or create content (such as photos, videos, audio or text prompts), we collect that content so it can be processed to deliver the feature you requested. This is collected only when you actively choose to provide it.

Purchase & subscription data If you make a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase confirmation, subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to manage your entitlements.

Usage & device data We automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system, application version, unique device identifiers, IP address, crash and diagnostic data, and information about how you interact with features. This helps us operate, secure and improve the Service.

Permission-based data With your prior permission, and only where an Application uses them, we may access: your device camera and photo library; your location; your contacts; microphone; or other device features. You can enable or disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Face and Photo Processing (where offered)

Some Applications detect faces or facial key-points within an uploaded photo or video in order to apply a requested effect or transformation. Any such analysis is performed solely to provide the feature you requested. We do not use it to identify a specific person and do not build a facial-recognition profile of you. Facial mapping data used to render a result is discarded after the result is produced and is not shared with third parties for identification purposes.

4. Artificial-Intelligence Processing (where offered)

The information shared is limited to what is necessary to perform the requested operation. Before any content is sent, you are informed in-app and must take an action to continue. AI Providers process the content under their own privacy policies and terms, which we encourage you to review:

The specific AI Providers used may vary by Application and may change over time. If an Application does not offer AI features, or you do not initiate an AI request, no content is sent to AI Providers.

5. Content Reports

If you report or flag AI-generated content within the Application, we collect the reported content (or a reference to it), the reason you selected, your user/device identifier, and the timestamp of the report. We use this information solely to review the reported content, enforce our content policies, and improve our content filtering systems. Report data is retained for as long as necessary to complete our review and is not shared with third parties except as required to investigate the report or comply with law.

6. Advertising & Analytics (where offered)

Some Applications display advertising or use analytics. In those Applications, we and our partners may collect usage and device data, advertising identifiers and similar information to measure performance, prevent fraud and show relevant ads. Where required, we will request your consent (for example through the platform's tracking-permission prompt), and you can adjust ad-tracking preferences in your device settings.

7. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service and deliver the features you request.
• To create and manage your account and your subscription entitlements.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug and improve the Service.
• To measure and, where applicable, deliver advertising.
• To send service-related notices and, where permitted, information about features and offers (you may opt out).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Where an Application processes User Content (including content sent to AI Providers), inputs are kept transiently and are deleted or de-identified once they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected, except where retention is required to comply with law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Generated outputs may remain available to you within the Application or on your device until you delete them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

9. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We share information only as follows:

• With AI Providers, for Applications that offer AI features, as described in Section 4.
• With service providers (such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising and customer-support tools) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• For legal reasons, where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Service.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent, for any other purpose disclosed to you.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. We take steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your Personal Data, and to withdraw consent. You can manage device permissions and ad-tracking in your device settings. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.

13. Children's Privacy

Our Applications are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page, revise the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
