This Privacy Policy explains how Hype Yazılım LTD ŞTİ collects, uses, shares and protects your information across all of our applications. It applies to every mobile and web application we publish, regardless of category.
We publish applications across many categories — for example photo and video tools, AI-powered creative tools, utilities, entertainment, lifestyle and games. Not every feature described in this policy exists in every application. A given section applies only where the application you are using actually offers that feature. By using any of our applications (the "Service"), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The categories of information we collect depend on which Application you use and which features you enable.
Where an Application offers accounts or you contact us, we may collect your email address, name, and any information you choose to provide. Some Applications let you sign in through a third-party service (such as Apple, Google or Facebook), in which case we receive basic profile information associated with that account.
Where an Application lets you upload or create content (such as photos, videos, audio or text prompts), we collect that content so it can be processed to deliver the feature you requested. This is collected only when you actively choose to provide it.
If you make a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase confirmation, subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to manage your entitlements.
We automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system, application version, unique device identifiers, IP address, crash and diagnostic data, and information about how you interact with features. This helps us operate, secure and improve the Service.
With your prior permission, and only where an Application uses them, we may access: your device camera and photo library; your location; your contacts; microphone; or other device features. You can enable or disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Some Applications detect faces or facial key-points within an uploaded photo or video in order to apply a requested effect or transformation. Any such analysis is performed solely to provide the feature you requested. We do not use it to identify a specific person and do not build a facial-recognition profile of you. Facial mapping data used to render a result is discarded after the result is produced and is not shared with third parties for identification purposes.
Important: Some Applications offer AI-powered features. When you start an AI request in such an Application, the content you selected and the instructions you provided are transmitted to one or more third-party AI Providers solely to generate the result you requested. We do not send your content to AI Providers unless you actively initiate a request.
The information shared is limited to what is necessary to perform the requested operation. Before any content is sent, you are informed in-app and must take an action to continue. AI Providers process the content under their own privacy policies and terms, which we encourage you to review:
The specific AI Providers used may vary by Application and may change over time. If an Application does not offer AI features, or you do not initiate an AI request, no content is sent to AI Providers.
Some Applications display advertising or use analytics. In those Applications, we and our partners may collect usage and device data, advertising identifiers and similar information to measure performance, prevent fraud and show relevant ads. Where required, we will request your consent (for example through the platform's tracking-permission prompt), and you can adjust ad-tracking preferences in your device settings.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Where an Application processes User Content (including content sent to AI Providers), inputs are kept transiently and are deleted or de-identified once they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected, except where retention is required to comply with law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Generated outputs may remain available to you within the Application or on your device until you delete them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. We take steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Applications are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
