Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any application published by Hype Yazılım LTD ŞTİ. By accessing or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all of our applications across every category we publish — for example photo and video tools, AI-powered creative tools, utilities, entertainment, lifestyle and games. Not every provision applies to every application; a given section applies only where the application you are using actually offers that feature.
These Terms govern your use of the Service and form an agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using any Application you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. The Company does not permit minors to use the Service. Individual Applications may impose a higher age rating in the relevant App Store.
Our Applications offer a range of functionality depending on their category and purpose. Some Applications let you upload or create content; some offer AI-powered features that send your input to AI Providers to generate Outputs; some are utilities, entertainment or games. The features, content and results available may change, be added or be removed over time. Where an Application depends on third-party services (including AI Providers and app stores), availability is subject to those third parties.
Some Applications and features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, sold and processed through the App Store under the App Store's own terms. Where offered:

This section applies to Applications that let you upload or create content. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process and modify that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including, where the Application offers AI features, sending it to AI Providers to generate the Outputs you request, and providing customer support. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for content already shared by you or retained as required by law.
Where you upload or submit content, you are solely responsible for it and you represent and warrant that:
Prohibited uses. No Application may be used to create, upload or share unlawful or harmful content. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.

This section applies to Applications with AI features. Outputs are produced automatically by AI Providers based on your input. Because AI is probabilistic, Outputs may be unexpected, inaccurate, may not match your request, and may in some cases resemble existing works or other people. You are responsible for reviewing each Output and for how you use, publish or share it, and you must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant AI Provider's terms, you may use the Outputs you generate; the Company makes no warranty that an Output is free of third-party rights or unique to you.
Our Applications rely on and may link to third-party services, including AI Providers, advertising and analytics partners, and the App Store. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Each Application, including its software, design, trademarks and branding (excluding your User Content and Outputs), is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Application at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Application. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will survive.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any Output will meet your requirements or be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire liability of the Company and its suppliers, and your exclusive remedy, is limited to the amount you actually paid through the relevant Application or USD 100 if you have not made a purchase. The Company and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or privacy) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use may also be subject to other local, national or international laws. If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
